If all goes as planned, the Madison fine-dining restaurant L'Etoile will move down the street from its second-floor perch on Capitol Square and add a casual gastropub called Graze.L'Etoile would shift from 25 N. Pinckney St. to 1 S. Pinckney St., on the first floor of the U.S. Bank building. Traci Miller, sister of chef Tory Miller and a co-owner with him and Dianne Christensen, said the move is targeted for July. It hinges on liquor-license approval that the Madison Common Council is scheduled to take up March 2, she said. The new location would seat about the same number of guests - 60 or so - in the main dining room but could accommodate nearly 100 diners in a party room, twice as many guests at the bar with 12, and about 28 in summer on a permanent patio, Traci Miller said.
